B2B e-commerce platform for the UAE: a dealer portal with KYC, trade pricing and credit terms on the same store your retail customers use

B2B e-commerce in the UAE is not a retail store with a discount code. Trade buyers need to apply with a trade licence and TRN, be verified, sign an agreement, see their own price list and credit terms, order by SKU or CSV, route orders through an approver and pay on account. Next Orbit implements and supports e-tijariX, whose storefront serves verified dealers and retail shoppers from one catalogue and one stock figure, with the back office behind it.

  • Online dealer application and KYC
  • Tiers, credit terms, pay on account
  • B2B and B2C on one stock
  • Quick order by SKU or CSV
  • Online dealer onboarding
  • KYC vault and review
  • Signed dealer agreement and activation
  • Tiers, credit and company accounts

Quick answer

What is B2B e-commerce and who is it for?

A B2B e-commerce platform lets verified trade buyers register, prove who they are, sign terms and buy at their own prices with credit and approvals, online and without phone calls. e-tijariX, which Next Orbit implements and supports in the UAE, provides an online dealer application in English and Arabic, a KYC document vault with expiry reminders, review with sanctions screening and two-step approval, a dealer agreement signed online, tiers with price lists or discounts, minimum order quantities, credit limits and pay on account, company accounts with buyer and approver roles, quick order by SKU or CSV, requisition lists and a dealer portal with statements and invoices, on the same storefront and stock that retail shoppers use.

  • What trade buyers expect. Their price on every product, credit terms, purchase approvals, reorder from history, bulk order by CSV, statements and invoices in one place, and a human when a quote is needed.
  • What you need behind it. KYC and credit control, dealer tiers that also apply on quotations and invoices, one stock figure for web, showroom and dealer orders, and a ledger that receives every order automatically.
  • What we deliver. Dealer programme design, KYC and agreement templates, tier pricing, storefront configuration, payments and couriers, catalogue import and training for sales and finance.
  • Office. Next Orbit Technologies L.L.C, 509-23, Mai Tower, Al Nahda 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, serving the whole UAE, the GCC and globally.
  • Built around your operation The architecture is agreed with you before any code, so the system fits how you already work.
  • Proven before you commit A prototype built around your workflow shows it working before the main investment.
  • Ready for the UAE Arabic and English, UAE compliance such as VAT and e-invoicing where it applies, UAE hosting where your rules require it, secure by design.

Questions, answered

B2B e-commerce in the UAE: questions we are asked

01 What is a B2B e-commerce platform?

An online store built for trade buyers rather than consumers: registration with verification, customer-specific pricing, credit terms, purchase approvals, bulk ordering and account statements, connected to stock and accounts so that orders do not need re-keying.

02 Can dealers and retail customers use the same store?

Yes. In e-tijariX retail shoppers check out as guests at list price while verified dealers log in to see their tier price, credit and approvals, on the same catalogue and stock.

03 How does dealer verification work?

The dealer applies online with company details and KYC documents; sales reviews the checklist and risk score and can request more information; finance approves credit; the agreement is signed online and the account is activated automatically. Expiring documents trigger re-verification.

04 Can dealer prices also apply to quotations and invoices?

Yes. Tiers apply on the storefront, in the quote builder and on invoices, so a dealer sees the same price whichever channel they buy through.

05 Can we offer credit and pay on account?

Yes. Credit limits, payment terms and pay on account are set per dealer or tier, enforced at checkout and visible in the dealer portal with statements and invoices.

06 Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. The storefront, dealer application, portal, documents and emails are available in English and Arabic with a right-to-left layout.
