Enterprise software development Dubai: systems built around your workflows, data and compliance rules

Enterprise software development Dubai means building the systems a company runs on when packaged software no longer fits. That might be an order-to-cash flow across several entities, a field app tied to the ERP, or an approval chain that auditors review. Next Orbit designs and builds this software with a clear scope, a reference architecture and an integration plan. Finance, operations and IT sign off on the same picture before any code is written.

Quick answer

What is enterprise software and who is it for?

Enterprise software development Dubai is the design, build and support of business systems made for one organisation rather than sold off the shelf. Next Orbit builds these systems for companies in the UAE and the GCC. Typical builds are workflow platforms, field applications, customer and supplier portals, and integration layers between an ERP, a bank and government services. The work starts with a scoped discovery, moves through design and sprint-based delivery with demos, and ends with testing, documentation and a support agreement. Systems run as SaaS or as a dedicated deployment where your compliance rules require it. Every screen can be bilingual in Arabic and English.

  • What enterprise means. Many users, several departments and entities, role-based access and an audit trail. Integrations with the systems already in place, rather than a single-purpose app built for one team.
  • What goes wrong. Scope agreed in a slide deck, integrations discovered late, no test data from the client. Then a go-live with nobody trained to own the system afterwards.
  • What we deliver. Discovery and scope, architecture, UI design, sprint delivery with demos, integration, testing, documentation, deployment on cloud or dedicated infrastructure, training and a support agreement.
  • Office. Next Orbit Technologies L.L.C, 509-23, Mai Tower, Al Nahda 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, serving the whole UAE, the GCC and globally.
  • Built around your operation The architecture is agreed with you before any code, so the system fits how you already work.
  • Proven before you commit A prototype built around your workflow shows it working before the main investment.
  • Ready for the UAE Arabic and English, UAE compliance such as VAT and e-invoicing where it applies, UAE hosting where your rules require it, secure by design.

What we deliver

Enterprise software: what Next Orbit builds and runs for you

Pick a deliverable to see what it covers and the part of the stack behind it.

Deliverable 01

Discovery and solution architecture

Workshops with the process owners map each workflow, data object and integration. The output is a scope document, a reference architecture and a backlog, priced before development starts. Entity structures, approval limits and reporting needs are captured here so the build does not drift later.

From the stack

  • Node.js
  • Python / Django / FastAPI
  • React
  • Next.js

Deliverable 02

Bespoke software development in Dubai

Web, mobile and backend engineering in React, Next.js, Node.js, Python and Flutter, chosen for your team and the systems you already run. Code lives in your repository, follows a reviewed branching model and is covered by automated tests. Each sprint ends with a demo on working software.

From the stack

  • Python / Django / FastAPI
  • Flutter
  • Node.js
  • Power BI

Deliverable 03

Integration with ERP, banks and government

APIs and connectors to the ERP, bank files and feeds, payment gateways, e-invoicing providers and UAE government portals where an interface exists. Where there is no API, we design controlled file exchange instead. See our systems integration services for the patterns we use.

From the stack

  • Node.js
  • TypeScript
  • React
  • Next.js

Deliverable 04

Workflow, approvals and audit trail

Configurable approval chains by amount, entity and role, with delegation during leave, reminders and escalations. A full audit log records who changed what and when. Document generation produces bilingual letters, contracts and reports from templates your legal and finance teams approve.

From the stack

  • Power BI
  • Node.js
  • Python / Django / FastAPI
  • Laravel / PHP

Deliverable 05

Security, roles and compliance

Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra or Google, role and field-level permissions, encryption in transit and at rest, and logging that satisfies internal audit. Deployment is SaaS or a dedicated deployment where your compliance rules require it, with backups and recovery drills included.

From the stack

  • Node.js
  • TypeScript
  • React
  • Next.js

Deliverable 06

Testing, training and support

Functional, integration and user acceptance testing are planned with your team, with test data prepared on our side first. Training is role-based and recorded. After go-live a support agreement covers fixes, monitoring and small changes, backed by our software testing and QA practice.

From the stack

  • Node.js
  • Python / Django / FastAPI
  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL

Architecture-first

How a typical enterprise software system fits together

Before a line of production code is written we draw the system: the people who use it, the services behind it and the systems it must talk to. This reference architecture from our custom software development practice is the starting point we adapt to your operation.

Questions, answered

Enterprise software in the UAE: questions we are asked

01 What does enterprise software development in Dubai cost?

The cost depends on the number of workflows, integrations and user roles, which is why we scope before quoting. After discovery you receive a fixed-scope proposal with a sprint plan and the assumptions listed. Changes are priced as they arise rather than absorbed as surprises. Request a scoping call through our contact page.

02 How do you choose an enterprise software development company in Dubai?

Ask to see working software from a comparable build and who will actually be on the team. Ask how integrations are tested and what happens after go-live. Check that code, data and documentation are handed over in your name. A company that scopes before it quotes is usually the safer choice.

03 Are you a software house in Dubai or an outsourcing firm?

Both, depending on what you need. As a software house in Dubai we scope, design and deliver complete systems under one contract. As an outsourcing partner we provide an engineering team that works inside your backlog and tools, reporting to your product owner. In either model the team works from our Dubai office.

04 Can you act as a software outsourcing company in the UAE?

Yes. Companies in the UAE and the GCC engage Next Orbit as an outsourcing partner for long-running product work. The model is a dedicated team, a monthly cadence and your own code repositories. Intellectual property stays with you and the team can be scaled as the roadmap changes.

05 Do you deliver enterprise software projects in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah?

Yes. Discovery workshops and training are held on site in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates when needed. The build itself runs from our one office in Dubai. Clients in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman are served the same way, with remote demos and on-site sessions at the key milestones.

06 Will the system work in Arabic and English?

Yes. Every custom build can be bilingual, with right-to-left layouts, Arabic and English screens, documents, notifications and reports. Language is set per user. Content such as product names or letter templates can be entered in both languages so that nothing is left untranslated.

07 Who owns the code and the data after delivery?

You do. Source code is kept in repositories registered in your name. The database runs in your cloud account or in a dedicated deployment where your compliance rules require it. Documentation is handed over at each release. If you move to another vendor later, nothing stops you.
